CHRISTOPHER Martin Gallery of Dallas and Aspen has created the perfect atmosphere to present the reverse glass paintings and limited editions of Aspen-based American artist Christopher Martin. This year marks the 25th anniversary of Christopher Martin’s artistic career. To celebrate, the Dallas gallery has expanded its program to include 24 mid-career artists working in painting, photography and sculpture.
This summer the gallery is proud to present spotlights on the abstract paintings of Dallas-based artist Tom Hoitsma, the contemplative paintings of Melissa Herrington from Los Angeles and the organic paintings of Liz Barber from Atlanta. Additionally, the gallery will introduce the work of acclaimed Dutch photographer Isabelle Van Zeijl; present Flora, a scanography series of flower photography by Chad Kleitsch from Boston; and release new editions of the photographic series Rodeo by Dallas-based artist Steve Wrubel.
The recently expanded 9,000-square-foot Dallas gallery is located at 1531–1533 Dragon St. in the Dallas Design District.
