Owners Eric Neel and Morris Wells have a combined experience of 40 years in the industry. This hard-earned education is something they put to use every day. The store also offers full installation and training on all products. “Over the years, educating our clients on the workings of a product has changed,” says Neel. “There is now an ever-changing array of smart products. We are seeing more appliances with connectivity features so that they can be monitored or operated remotely.”
